Questions, answered
Which photo should I send?
Any clear photo of any pet: dog, cat, bunny, horse, you name it. Upload it right on the product page before you add to cart (or email it to us after). Bright, well-lit photos with the whole face visible give the sharpest result.
How do I install it?
Under a minute. It runs on batteries and sticks to the underside of the door with a magnetic + adhesive mount. No wiring, no tools, no mechanic. It fits any car, truck, SUV or van and switches on by itself the moment the door opens.
Is it bright enough in daylight?
It looks its best at dusk, at night and in covered parking. In full daylight the projection is fainter, like any projector, but still visible in the shade.
Is it weatherproof?
Yes. The sealed housing is made for rain, snow and summer heat, so it stays mounted all year round.
How long does delivery take?
Every projector is made with your pet's photo, so please allow 2–5 days for us to craft it, plus 5–10 working days of tracked shipping. Shipping is free worldwide.
