Overview. Welcome to Pawlume. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Pawlume. By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
1. Orders and personalised products
Every Pawlume projector is made with the photo you upload. By placing an order you confirm that you own the photo or have permission to use it, and that it does not contain anything unlawful or offensive. We may contact you if a photo is too dark or blurry to produce a clear projection. Orders are accepted when we send your order confirmation; we may cancel and refund any order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. Payment is taken at the time of order through the secure payment methods shown at checkout. Promotions and bundle discounts apply only as displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.
3. Shipping, returns and guarantee
Delivery times, customs charges and our 30-day happiness guarantee are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
4. Product use
The projector mounts under a car door and runs on batteries. Install it according to the setup guide, keep it away from children under three, and do not look directly into the lens. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation or modification of the device.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, videos and the Pawlume name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without written permission. You keep all rights to the photos you upload; you grant us a licence to use them only to produce and ship your order.
6. Accuracy of information
We do our best to keep product descriptions, pricing and availability accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free at all times. Colours and brightness of the projection vary with surface, weather and ambient light.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
