Shipping Policy

Free tracked shipping, worldwide. Every Pawlume order ships free, with a tracking number emailed to you the moment it leaves us.

Made for your pet first. Each projector is crafted with the photo you upload, so please allow 2–5 days of customisation time before dispatch.

Delivery time. After dispatch, delivery takes 5–12 business days depending on your country. The estimated dates for your order are shown in your order confirmation.

Where we ship. We ship worldwide. Delivery outside the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the EU and Australia can take longer.

Tracking. Your tracking link arrives by email as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first update. You can also check it any time on our Track my order page.

Customs and import charges. Orders are shipped with duties unpaid. Any import taxes or customs fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays. Carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather and peak-season volume can add time. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities, but we will always help you locate a parcel.

Incorrect address or failed delivery. Please check your shipping address carefully before ordering. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, delivery was refused, or the parcel was not collected, a reshipping fee may apply.

Shipping Protection. If you added Shipping Protection at checkout and your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, email us and we will send a replacement at no cost.
